Day 31 - a hero or villain

Jude Finisterra.

*edit*

I wanted to do this again but I'm rubbish ad drawing recognizable persons. ALso, this time I tried to draw the actual moment in the BBC office where Andy is just bloody nervous and maybe went a bit over the top so now he looks like a 65 year old crackhead on cold turkey.

I left the original blurry picture below the new one.

My first scribble was Rorschach from "Watchmen" (who is at least as much a villain as a hero) but I felt silly and did something a bit more serious as Oana had raised the bar slightly too high for that one.

Day 28 - a fight

Day 31 : A hero

Elisabeta Rizea (28 June 1912 – 6 October 2003) was a Romanian anti-communist partisan in the Fagaras Mountain. After the Romanian Revolution, she became the symbol of the Romania's anti-communist resistance. After she was captured by the Romanian militia in 1952, she was declared "enemy of the people" and sentenced to death because she refused to give information about the other partisans.
Eventually her sentence was commuted to seven years in prison.
During her twelve years spent in prison, she was subjected to various forms of torture. Her story became known after an interview included in the 1992 documentary Memorialul durerii.

Day 20/42," A Fairy Tale"

Illustration for a Japanese fairy tale  ” The story of a man who did not wish to die ”.
Story is about  a wealthy man, who had everything he ever wanted, but he realised that will die anyway, so he prayed for an eternal life. He received  an paper crane, on which he arrived at ”Country of perpetual life”(illustration depicts this moment). After couple of hundred years of living there he started of getting bored, so he wanted to die again. In attempt of escaping from that country he felt in ocean and was swallowed by a shark, in next moment he woke up in shrine he was praying.

Day 29 - avoiding something

Fun Fact: making this gif provided good excuse to avoid answering my mail yet again.

Day Thirty-One

A hero, or a villain.

Superhero? Archvillain? Possibly. Reality probably harbours both greater heroes and more sinister villains than fiction tho.
